The Company does not knowingly permit children under thirteen (13) years of age to independently create accounts, provide parental consent, manage profiles, or submit personal information without parental involvement.
The Company may retain certain tournament results, rankings, awards, achievements, statistical compilations, and historical sports records relating to minor athletes when necessary to preserve historical accuracy, competition integrity, archival value, legal compliance, or legitimate business interests, even if certain personal information is later restricted, removed, or anonymized.
Sports information displayed on the Platform may be provided by athletes, parents, legal guardians, coaches, tournament administrators, leagues, authorized scorekeepers, or other third parties.
IM Sportshistory LLC does not independently verify every statistic, result, ranking, record, or item of sports information published on the Platform.
Accordingly, the Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, authenticity, or reliability of all information displayed on the Platform.
Users acknowledge that errors, omissions, disputes, duplications, subjective interpretations, or subsequent corrections may exist.
The publication of statistics, results, rankings, recognitions, or historical records on the Platform does not constitute certification, validation, official approval, auditing, endorsement, or independent verification by IM Sportshistory LLC.
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate, annotate, correct, consolidate, archive, restrict, maintain, or remove sports information when reasonably necessary to preserve data integrity, historical accuracy, competition integrity, legal compliance, or legitimate business interests.
Photographs of minor athletes may only be uploaded to the Platform by:

The Company may maintain, correct, consolidate, annotate, update, restrict, or preserve statistics, results, rankings, championships, awards, and historical records whenever it reasonably determines such actions are necessary to protect the historical, competitive, statistical, archival, or documentary integrity of the Platform.
Final decisions regarding preservation, correction, modification, restriction, or removal of statistics, rankings, results, athlete profiles, and historical records shall be made by IM Sportshistory LLC in good faith, taking into consideration available evidence, competition integrity, historical accuracy, applicable legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the Platform.
The submission of a complaint or dispute does not guarantee the requested modification, deletion, or correction.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating a right to require the deletion, alteration, suppression, or modification of legitimately preserved historical sports records where retention is permitted by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify, review, annotate, correct, consolidate, modify, recalculate, archive, restrict, or remove any statistics, rankings, records, or historical information where inaccuracies, inconsistencies, duplications, disputes, omissions, or integrity concerns are identified or reasonably suspected.
The Company does not independently verify all submissions and makes no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, authenticity, legality, or timeliness of any information submitted to or displayed on the Platform.
Users acknowledge and agree that sports-related data may contain errors, omissions, subjective inputs, disputes, duplications, delays, or subsequent corrections, and that such data may be updated or revised over time.
Any athlete, parent, legal guardian, coach, team representative, league operator, tournament administrator, or other affected person who believes that any athlete profile, statistic, ranking, tournament result, historical record, team affiliation, photograph, achievement, award, or other information displayed on the Platform is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, unauthorized, improperly attributed, duplicated, or otherwise subject to dispute may submit a written request for review to: legal@imsportshistory.com
The request must include sufficient information to reasonably identify the disputed content, along with any supporting documentation reasonably available.
Upon receipt of a dispute, the Company may, in its sole discretion and without obligation:
The Company may, at its discretion, consider information provided by third parties, including tournament organizers, league operators, or data providers, when evaluating disputes. However, the Company is not bound by any external determination.
Submission of a dispute does not guarantee modification, correction, removal, restriction, or resolution in favor of the requesting party.
The Company reserves the right to preserve, archive, and display historical sports records, rankings, and statistical compilations where reasonably necessary to maintain historical accuracy, continuity, integrity, and archival value of sports data and records.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Company’s determination regarding disputed information shall be final and binding within the Platform’s internal processes, subject to applicable law.
The Company does not act as an official referee for sports competitions nor as a certifying sports authority.
IM Sportshistory LLC shall have sole and exclusive discretion to collect, organize, classify, compile, verify, annotate, consolidate, present, publish, archive, preserve, maintain, restrict, correct, update, recalculate, or otherwise manage athletic statistics, rankings, tournament results, athlete profiles, awards, achievements, records, and historical sports information displayed on or maintained through the Platform.
The Company may determine the manner in which such information is categorized, displayed, archived, consolidated, corrected, or preserved when reasonably necessary to maintain historical accuracy, competitive integrity, archival value, data consistency, operational efficiency, legal compliance, or the legitimate interests of the Platform.
Nothing contained in the Platform shall be construed as granting any user ownership, editorial control, approval rights, veto authority, or decision-making authority over the Company’s management, presentation, preservation, organization, classification, or maintenance of athletic records, rankings, tournament results, historical archives, or statistical compilations.
The Company reserves the right to maintain historical records, rankings, tournament results, awards, achievements, and statistical information even following account suspension, account deletion, profile modification requests, dispute submissions, or withdrawal of consent where retention is reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity, accuracy, continuity, and historical value of sports records.
Rankings are informational tools intended solely to support athletic participation, organization, and historical recordkeeping.

Rankings constitute solely statistical and informative tools and do not represent official evaluations, sports certifications, professional opinions, nor recruitment recommendations.
The Platform does not act as a governing sports authority and does not certify athletic performance, competition outcomes, or official standings.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any decisions, actions, or omissions made by athletes, parents, coaches, scouts, educational institutions, or any third parties based on rankings or related information displayed on the Platform.
The Platform may increase athlete visibility. However, IM Sportshistory LLC does not guarantee:
All recruitment and scholarship decisions remain solely within the discretion of third parties.
Users expressly acknowledge that rankings, athlete visibility, statistics, historical records, tournament participation, achievements, and awards displayed on the Platform do not create any promise, representation, expectation, entitlement, guarantee, or likelihood of athletic recruitment, scholarships, sponsorships, endorsements, roster selection, collegiate opportunities, professional opportunities, or economic benefits.
The Company shall not be liable for decisions, actions, omissions, evaluations, selections, rankings, admissions, scholarships, sponsorships, roster placements, disciplinary actions, or opportunities granted or denied by third parties.
The Platform may display athlete names, nicknames, profile photographs, statistics, and historical athletic records.
Use of athlete names, images, or likenesses for promotional, advertising, or commercial endorsement purposes beyond ordinary Platform operation requires appropriate authorization where required by law.
Editorial, journalistic, statistical, historical, and informational uses may be made consistent with applicable law.

The Platform contains information, statistics, rankings, tournament results, athlete profiles, historical records, photographs, videos, comments, team information, awards, achievements, and other content provided, submitted, uploaded, published, or otherwise made available by users or third parties.
IM Sportshistory LLC does not endorse, adopt, verify, investigate, certify, monitor, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, authenticity, legality, ownership, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of any third-party content.
Users acknowledge that statistics, rankings, tournament results, historical records, athlete profiles, photographs, videos, and other sports-related information may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, subjective determinations, disputes, duplications, delays, unauthorized submissions, or subsequent corrections.
Users access, review, interpret, rely upon, and use third-party content entirely at their own risk.
The Platform operates solely as a technology provider and repository of sports-related information and does not act as a governing body, sanctioning authority, recruiting organization, certifying authority, official scorekeeper, official statistician, educational institution, sports federation, league authority, tournament authority, or official source of record unless expressly stated otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IM Sportshistory LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, reputational harm, emotional distress, economic loss, lost opportunities, decisions, actions, omissions, disputes, claims, or other consequences arising from or related to any third-party content or any reliance placed upon such content.
Nothing contained in third-party content shall be construed as a representation, warranty, certification, endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or statement of fact by IM Sportshistory LLC.
Users retain ownership of all photographs, videos, statistics, and other content submitted to the Platform.
By uploading or submitting content, users grant IM Sportshistory LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use such content for the operation, provision, maintenance, improvement, and promotion of the Platform, including the right to create derivative works solely for purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform:
This license survives account termination or deletion solely to the extent necessary to preserve historical sports records, statistical integrity, rankings, tournament results, achievements, awards, and archival or legal compliance purposes.
The user represents and warrants that they possess all necessary authorizations from athletes, parents, legal guardians, photographers, and other rights holders to grant this license.
The Company acknowledges and respects the rights of professional photographers and content creators, subject to applicable copyright, privacy, and NIL laws.
Photographers and rights holders may request attribution where reasonably applicable and supported by Platform functionality or display format.
Users may not upload photographs, videos, or other content without having obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or legal authorization.
The Company reserves the right, upon receipt of a good faith notice or valid complaint alleging copyright infringement, ownership disputes, privacy violations, NIL violations, or other intellectual property concerns, to remove, restrict, or disable access to such content at its sole discretion.
The Company respects intellectual property rights and may remove allegedly infringing content in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

The Company operates solely as a technology platform that collects, manages, and displays sports-related information such as results, statistics, rankings, and historical records provided by third parties.
The Company shall not be liable for any sporting activity or event, or for any consequences arising from participation in such activities, including but not limited to:

Users assume all risks associated with participation in sports activities.
The Company does not organize, manage, sponsor, supervise, or control teams, leagues, tournaments, or competitions, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
A core purpose of the Platform is the preservation of sports history.
Accordingly, the Company may retain, archive, display, preserve, and reference:

The preservation of historical sports records may include statistics, rankings, results, championships, recognitions, achievements, participation, sports affiliations, and other historical information associated with sports competitions.
IM Sportshistory LLC does not sell personal information to third parties.
The Company may display advertising, sponsorships, business listings, promotional materials, and sports-related commercial opportunities without selling personal information.
The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, telecommunications failures, governmental actions, labor disputes, pandemics, acts of war, civil disturbances, or failures of third-party service providers.
The Company shall likewise not be liable for cyberattacks, unauthorized access, malware, ransomware incidents, distributed denial-of-service attacks (DDoS), security breaches, or other malicious activities conducted by third parties despite the implementation of commercially reasonable security measures.
Nothing contained in the Platform, these Terms, rankings, athlete profiles, statistics, tournament participation, communications, or services shall be construed as creating any agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, recruiting, scouting, representation, advisory, sponsorship, endorsement, or contractual relationship between the Company and any athlete, parent, guardian, coach, team, league, tournament organizer, educational institution, scout, recruiter, sponsor, or third party, including any apparent authority or implied representation.
The Company reserves the right, at any time and without liability, to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, redesign, update, restrict, or remove any aspect of the Platform including rankings, methodologies, statistics, tournament management tools, subscription features, pricing, functionality, content, services, or access rights.
The Platform may display advertisements, sponsorships, business listings, promotional campaigns, affiliate content, commercial announcements, tournament promotions, brand partnerships, and other marketing materials provided by third parties.
The appearance of any advertisement, sponsor, business, organization, team, league, product, service, athlete, coach, tournament, educational institution, or commercial opportunity on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, guarantee, representation, or approval by IM Sportshistory LLC.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, availability, quality, suitability, reliability, or performance of any products, services, promotions, offers, opportunities, scholarships, events, businesses, sponsors, advertisers, or third parties featured on the Platform.
Any interaction, communication, transaction, agreement, purchase, registration, participation, or relationship between a user and any advertiser, sponsor, or third party is solely between such parties.
IM Sportshistory LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, claim, misrepresentation, fraud, contractual issue, or other matter arising from a user’s interaction with advertisers, sponsors, promotional partners, or third parties.
Advertisements may be displayed based on general sports-related interests, geographic regions, tournament participation, team affiliations, or other non-sensitive information consistent with the Privacy Policy.
The Company does not sell personal information and does not permit advertisers to access private account information except as expressly disclosed in the Privacy Policy or required by law.
The Company does not act as an agent, broker, representative, or guarantor of any advertiser, sponsor, or third party.
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IM Sportshistory LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties regarding:

The obligations set forth in this Section shall survive account suspension, account termination, account deletion, and the user’s discontinuation of use of the Platform.
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of these Terms or related to the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable rules.
The arbitration shall take place in California, United States.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim.
Claims filed after such period are permanently barred.
Users agree that disputes shall be resolved individually.
Users waive the right to participate in class actions, representative actions, or consolidated proceedings.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
The Company may also terminate accounts to protect minors, intellectual property rights, community safety, or legal compliance.
The provisions relating to intellectual property, content licenses, historical preservation, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, class action waiver, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after account termination or deletion.
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Parental Consent Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, DMCA Policy, subscription policies, policies published within the Platform and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete and entire agreement between the user and IM Sportshistory LLC regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior communications, understandings, or agreements relating thereto.
IM Sportshistory LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, update, supplement, replace, or revise these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion.
Material modifications may be communicated through the Platform, by email, through account notifications, or by any other reasonable electronic means.
Unless otherwise specified, modifications shall become effective upon publication.

I acknowledge that the Platform is designed to preserve sports history, statistics, rankings, tournament participation, achievements, awards, records, and other sports-related information.
I understand and authorize the processing of information relating to the minor, including:
I authorize the publication, display, storage, and use of photographs and videos of the minor athlete solely for sports, historical, informational, statistical, identification, and community-reference purposes within the Platform.
I acknowledge that photographs and videos may be submitted by authorized users, teams, coaches, leagues, tournament organizers, scorekeepers, parents, guardians, or account administrators.
I understand that IM Sportshistory LLC acts solely as a technology provider and does not produce, capture, direct, or control the creation of such content.
I acknowledge that one of the essential purposes of the Platform is the preservation of sports history.
Accordingly, statistics, rankings, tournament results, awards, championships, participation records, recognitions, and other historical sports information may be retained even if an account is later deleted or consent is subsequently revoked, when such retention is reasonably necessary to preserve historical accuracy, competitive integrity, archival value, legal compliance, or legitimate interests of the Platform.
